There is no required reason to be here. Play and curiosity are complete reasons on their own — not lesser ones, not placeholders until a “real” reason shows up.
If you catch yourself building a project around this — a problem it needs to solve, an insight it needs to produce, a better version of you it needs to deliver — you may want to set that down for a while. Not forever. Just long enough to notice whether the experience works without the project.
A good time is a complete thing. So is an afternoon with no aim.
